PlanMe puts the whole wedding in one shared plan: a [guest list grouped by household](https://www.planme.club/features/guest-management), an RSVP for each event guests are invited to, [one budget split by category](https://www.planme.club/features/budget), a checklist with owners and a [seating chart](https://www.planme.club/features/seating-chart) for every event. Invite your partner, parents and planner with the access you choose, so nobody works from an old copy. Free during beta.

The problem

## Where planning usually breaks

- Two families, three spreadsheets
Each side keeps its own list, and merging them means duplicates, missing addresses and arguments about which copy is current.
- Not everyone is invited to everything
The welcome dinner and the brunch are smaller than the ceremony, so one RSVP form can't tell you who is coming to what.
- Money nobody can see in one place
Deposits, balances and who is paying for what end up in bank apps, group chats and someone's notes.
- Tasks that belong to no one
A checklist without owners or dates turns into the same reminder sent five times.

How PlanMe helps

## What couples and families use in PlanMe

- One guest list from everyone's lists
Import each side's CSV or Excel file, and duplicates are flagged as you import. Group guests into households, tag them by side, and export the list as CSV.
  [Guest management](https://www.planme.club/features/guest-management)
- An RSVP for each event
Each event of the wedding is a festivity in PlanMe, with its own date, venue and guest list. Guests get one private link and answer only for the events they're invited to.
  [RSVP for multiple events](https://www.planme.club/rsvp-for-multiple-events)
- One budget, split by category
Set one total for the wedding, split it by category, log every payment with its due date and record which family is covering which costs.
  [Budget and payments](https://www.planme.club/features/budget)
- Seating for every event
Draw each event's floor plan, seat guests from the list, and export the floor plan and seating list for the venue.
  [Seating chart](https://www.planme.club/features/seating-chart)
- A registry on your website
List gifts with a store link. Guests reserve one, buy it wherever they like and mark it bought, so nobody brings the same thing twice.
  [Gift registry](https://www.planme.club/features/gift-registry)
- Access for family and your planner
Invite your partner, parents or planner by email and choose which parts of the plan each person can use.

In practice

## Example: Anaya & Rohan's wedding weekend

Anaya & Rohan have a welcome dinner, a ceremony, a reception and a farewell brunch. Anaya's parents import their list, Rohan's parents import theirs, and PlanMe flags the cousins who appear on both. Each household is invited only to the events it's attending, so the brunch list stays small while the reception count stays accurate.

Both sets of parents can see the guest list and RSVPs; only the couple and their planner see the budget. A week before the RSVP deadline, the couple texts the households that haven't replied yet, straight from the guest list.

Questions

## Common questions

See every module on the [features page](https://www.planme.club/features).

### Can both families work on the same wedding plan?

Yes. Invite each person by email with a role you create, such as a parent who can add guests but not see the budget. Everyone works in the same plan, so there is one current guest list.

### Do our guests need an account or an app?

No. Guests RSVP from a private link sent by email or SMS, or from your wedding website, without logging in. You and your family use PlanMe in the browser on any phone, tablet or laptop.

### Can we have a smaller guest list for the welcome dinner?

Yes. Every event of the wedding has its own guest list and RSVP. Invite each household only to the events it's attending, and each event keeps its own headcount.

### Can we track who is paying for what?

Yes. The budget is one total for the wedding, split by category, and you can add cost-sharing partners and record each payment with its due date.

### Is PlanMe free for couples?

Yes. PlanMe is free during beta, with no credit card needed.
