Every household is invited to the parts it can make, and each part shows its own count, so the brunch is planned for 40 while the anniversary dinner is planned for 88. An Airport Transportation form shows who needs a ride, the hotel list shows which families share a hotel, and three cousins each own a slice of the checklist. A text goes out only to the households still marked pending.
