Each part is a festivity in PlanMe with its own guest list and RSVP, so 20 people see the dinner, 75 see the party and only the travellers see the brunch. Guests answer a meal question with their RSVP, the menu marks which dishes are vegan, and a co-host gets access to the guest list and checklist. Two days before the RSVP date, the host texts the guests who haven't answered.
