Wedding planner software for multi-day weddings
Run every client's mehndi, sangeet, ceremony and reception from one account. One guest list per wedding, each guest invited only to their festivities, and a headcount for every festivity.
Runs in the browser. Guests never need an account.
Every client brings two families and a stack of festivities
Where planners usually lose time, and what PlanMe does instead.
Two families send two spreadsheets
Import both into one guest list from CSV or Excel, review the duplicates PlanMe flags, then group guests into families and tag them by side.
The caterer needs the sangeet headcount by Friday
Every festivity shows its own accepted, declined and pending counts, so the number is already there.
Chasing RSVPs one guest at a time
Send one email or SMS to the guests who haven't replied, picked by RSVP status or guest tag.
One budget spread across four festivities
Give each festivity its own budget and track every payment as paid, partly paid or pending, with its due date.
The couple, both mothers and an aunt all want updates
Invite them into the client's event with a role you create. They see the live plan, and only the parts you choose.
Dates spread across every client
The Master Calendar puts every event's festivities, payment due dates and task due dates on one calendar.
What you can run for every wedding
Each client gets a separate event in your account. Switch off the modules a smaller event doesn't need, such as hotels, forms or messaging.
Festivities
Mehndi, sangeet, ceremony, reception and more, each with its own date, venue, schedule, menu and budget.
One guest list
Invite each guest festivity by festivity. Guests see only the festivities they're invited to.
RSVPs and forms
Private RSVP links by email or SMS, or a lookup on the event website. Add forms for meals or dietary needs.
Email and SMS
Updates and reminders to guests picked by tag or RSVP status. Save-the-dates go out from the same list.
Seating charts
A chart for each festivity, built from its RSVPs. Export the floor plan or seating list for the venue.
Event website
Schedule, travel, FAQs and RSVP on the client's own planme.club address, with an optional gift registry.
Hotel stays
Record which family stays where, with room type, rooms and dates. Stay records only: PlanMe doesn't book rooms.
Budget and payments
Budget categories, a budget per festivity, and payments with amounts, due dates and status.
Vendor quotes
Quotes by vendor category, marked pending, negotiating, approved or rejected. You bring your own vendors.
Checklist and calendar
Tasks with assignees and due dates, and a calendar for each event.
Photo moments
A VIP list with photos, exported as a PDF for the photographer.
Your templates
Save a client's setup as a template and start the next event from it.

From signed client to final headcount in 3 steps
- 1
Create an event for each client
Start blank or from one of your templates, then add the festivities. Each client's guests, budget and vendors stay in their own event.
- 2
Bring in the guests and the family
Import the families' lists, set who's invited to which festivity, and invite the couple, family and your team with the roles you choose.
- 3
Send invites and hand vendors the numbers
Send invitations by email or SMS, follow up with guests who haven't replied, and give the venue and caterer per-festivity headcounts and seating.
Your team and your clients, each with the right access
Invite people to a client's event by email, create the roles you need and tick the areas each role can use. Access is set per area of the event, not per festivity.
Coordinator
Guests, RSVPs, checklist and vendor quotes.
Couple
Guest list, RSVPs, website and budget.
Bride's family
Guest list and RSVPs, not the budget.
Caterer
Festivities and menus, nothing else.
Example roles. You name your own.
Questions planners ask
What does PlanMe do for wedding planners?
PlanMe gives each client's wedding its own workspace: festivities, one guest list with per-festivity invitations and RSVPs, headcounts, seating charts, budget and payments, vendor quotes, a checklist and an event website. You invite your team, the couple and their families into that event and choose which areas each role can use.
Can I manage several weddings from one account?
Yes. Each client is a separate event in your account, with its own guests, budget, vendors and website. Inviting someone to one client's event doesn't give them access to your other clients. The Master Calendar shows every event's festivities, payment due dates and task due dates together.
Is PlanMe good for Indian and South Asian weddings?
That's its specialty. A wedding is one event made of festivities, such as the mehndi, haldi, sangeet, baraat, ceremony and reception. One guest list covers all of them, each guest is invited only to their festivities, and each festivity keeps its own RSVPs, headcount, schedule, menu, budget and seating chart.
Do guests or clients need to install an app?
No. Guests never log in: they RSVP from a private link sent by email or SMS, or from the event website. You, your team and your clients use PlanMe in the browser on a phone, tablet or laptop.
Is PlanMe an Aisle Planner or HoneyBook alternative?
For running the wedding itself, yes. PlanMe is built around festivities: one shared guest list, per-festivity invitations, RSVPs and headcounts, seating charts, budgets and vendor quotes, plus a live plan the couple and both families can work in with the access you give them. You can use it alongside the tool you already use for proposals, contracts and invoicing.
Can I keep track of where guests are staying?
Yes, as stay records. Add the hotels and room types, then record which family stays where, with the number of rooms, check-in and check-out dates and the festivities the stay covers. PlanMe doesn't book rooms or track room blocks with the hotel.
How much does PlanMe cost for planners?
PlanMe is free while it's in beta. Pricing for planners hasn't been set yet. When it is, it will be on the pricing page.
