RSVP for multiple events
PlanMe.Club lets you collect a separate RSVP for every festivity from one guest list, and each guest sees only the events they're invited to. Invite guests per festivity, see accepted, declined and pending counts for each, and remind non-responders by email or SMS. Made for multi-day South Asian weddings and free during beta.
Free during beta. No credit card needed.

Set it up in 4 steps
- 1
Create your festivities
Add every event in the celebration, each with its own date, venue and time.
- 2
Invite guests per festivity
Tick which festivities each guest or family is invited to, all on one list.
- 3
Share one RSVP link
Send the RSVP link or your website. Guests answer for each festivity and your custom questions.
- 4
Watch headcounts and remind
Track counts per festivity and send email or SMS reminders to anyone still pending.
One guest list, a column for every festivity
Each guest has a separate status for every festivity they're invited to. The header of each column shows accepted, declined and invited counts.
- Accepted, declined and pending per festivity
- Live headcounts for each event
- Filter by tag or family side

Add guests once, invite them to what fits
Search, tag and group guests, then send invitations and share a public RSVP link straight from the guest list.
- Tags for family side, groups and households
- Invitations and a public RSVP link
- Custom forms for meals, dietary needs and plus-ones

Text or email guests by festivity
Send SMS and email broadcasts to the guests invited to a specific festivity — for example, text only the sangeet guests about a time change — without messaging the whole list.
- SMS and email broadcasts per festivity
- Remind only guests still pending
- Filter by tag or family side

Built for multi-day South Asian weddings, works for any event
Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan and Nepali weddings often run four or five festivities with overlapping guest lists. That's the case PlanMe.Club was designed around, and the same per-event RSVP works for birthdays, reunions and festival parties.
- Mehndi
- Sangeet
- Wedding
- Reception
- Milestone birthday weekend
- Family reunion
- Diwali party
- Eid gathering
Hosts, planners, vendors and family in one shared workspace
RSVPs are only useful when everyone sees the same numbers. Hosts, planners, vendors and family work from one live guest list.
Hosts
Couples and co-hosts share one plan: festivities, guests, budget and checklist, with nothing lost in a group chat.
Planners
Run several clients' events from one account and keep each family's festivities, guests and vendors in sync.
Vendors
Share quotes and details in the same workspace instead of chasing threads across email and WhatsApp.
Family
Invite parents and relatives as collaborators so each side can add its own guests and see where things stand.

How do I collect RSVPs for multiple events with one invitation?
Add each event as a festivity, invite guests to the festivities they're part of, and share one RSVP link or your wedding website. Guests answer for each festivity, and every reply lands in the same guest list.
Can guests be invited to some events and not others?
Yes. Invitations are set per guest and per festivity. The guest list shows one column per festivity, so you can see at a glance who is invited to the mehndi but not the sangeet.
Can I see a separate headcount for each event?
Yes. Each festivity column shows how many guests have accepted, declined or are still pending, which gives you the numbers caterers and venues ask for.
Can I ask meal or dietary questions in the RSVP?
Yes. Custom forms let you add your own questions, such as meal choice, dietary needs (Jain, halal, vegetarian), plus-ones or arrival dates, and the answers are stored with each guest.
Can I send RSVP reminders by text?
Yes. Email and SMS broadcasts can go to everyone, or only the guests invited to a festivity — for example, text only the sangeet guests, or only people who haven't replied yet.
Does it work for events other than weddings?
Yes. Any celebration with several parts works the same way: a milestone birthday weekend, a reunion, a baby shower plus dinner, or a Diwali or Eid party with separate gatherings.
Is there a limit on guests or events?
PlanMe.Club is free during beta with every feature included, no credit card and no limits on events or guests.
