• Required: When you create an account via Google sign-up or email sign-up, we collect your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Mobile Phone Number.
• Voluntary: You may choose to provide additional personal, household, or event details when planning or hosting events (e.g., guest names, addresses, dietary preferences). These inputs are entirely optional and under your control.

Information About Guests

If you add guests to an event, you may provide their email addresses, phone numbers, and other details. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to share this information.

2. How We Use Information

• Create and maintain your PMC account.
• Enable event creation, invitations, and guest management.
• Send invitations, notifications, and event updates by email or SMS.
• Verify your identity through One-Time Passwords (OTP) sent to your mobile device.
• Improve and personalize your PMC experience.
• Protect against misuse, fraud, or abuse of our platform.
• We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

3. User Responsibilities

By creating an account, you agree:

• To only use PMC’s email and SMS invitation features for lawful, non-abusive purposes.
• Not to spam, harass, or misuse the platform to harm others.
• To respect the privacy and consent of individuals whose data you input into PMC.

PMC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these commitments.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We may share your information only in the following limited cases:

• With Service Providers: Trusted third parties who help us deliver PMC services (e.g., email and SMS providers).
• For Legal Compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or government request.
