Wedding website

A wedding website for multiple events

Each guest on your PlanMe.Club wedding website sees only the festivities they're invited to. One site covers the mehndi, sangeet, wedding and reception; you invite guests per festivity, collect a separate RSVP for each, and share travel and hotel blocks. Built for multi-day South Asian weddings and free during beta.

Free during beta. No credit card needed.

How it works

Set it up in 4 steps

  1. 1

    Add your festivities

Create each festivity with its date, venue and time: haldi, mehndi, sangeet, wedding, reception.

  2. 2

    Build your guest list

Add guests once, tag them by family side or group, and tick the festivities each one is invited to.

  3. 3

    Publish your website

Your site carries the timeline, your story, a gallery, FAQs, and travel and hotel blocks.

  4. 4

    Track RSVPs per festivity

Guests reply for each festivity, and you see accepted, declined and pending counts for every one.

Festivities

Every festivity is its own event

Each festivity gets its own date, venue, time and budget, so the website, the guest list and the plan all share one source of truth.

  • Unlimited festivities per wedding
  • Venue, time and budget per festivity
  • One calendar and checklist across all of them

Per-festivity RSVP

Different guests for different festivities

Each guest sees only the festivities they're invited to on the website. The guest list shows a column for each festivity with that guest's status, and live accepted, declined and invited counts at the top.

  • Guests see only their invited festivities
  • Separate RSVP status for each festivity
  • Headcounts per festivity for caterers and venues

Travel & Stay

Hotel blocks and travel on the website

Out-of-town guests get one page with your room blocks, booking notes, group-rate deadlines and directions.

  • Hotel room blocks with booking links
  • Airport and transport details
  • Email and SMS broadcasts when plans change

Any event

Built for multi-day South Asian weddings, works for any event

A South Asian wedding is often four or five festivities over a long weekend, each with its own guest list. PlanMe.Club treats that as the normal case. The same engine works for a two-event wedding, a milestone birthday weekend or a Diwali or Eid party.

  • Haldi
  • Mehndi
  • Sangeet
  • Baraat
  • Nikah
  • Anand Karaj
  • Wedding
  • Reception
  • Welcome dinner
  • Farewell brunch
Shared workspace

Hosts, planners, vendors and family in one shared workspace

Everyone planning the wedding works from the same plan, with the guest list, festivities, budget and vendor quotes in one place.

Hosts

Couples and co-hosts share one plan: festivities, guests, budget and checklist, with nothing lost in a group chat.

Planners

Run several clients' events from one account and keep each family's festivities, guests and vendors in sync.

Vendors

Share quotes and details in the same workspace instead of chasing threads across email and WhatsApp.

Family

Invite parents and relatives as collaborators so each side can add its own guests and see where things stand.

Can guests see only the events they're invited to?

Yes. Each guest sees only the festivities you invited them to on the wedding website, so a reception-only colleague never sees the mehndi or sangeet. You choose the festivities per guest when you build the list.

Can one wedding website handle multiple events?

Yes. In PlanMe.Club each festivity (mehndi, sangeet, wedding, reception or anything else) is its own event with a date, venue and time, and all of them live on one wedding website and one guest list.

Can I invite different guests to different events?

Yes. You invite each guest to specific festivities, and the guest list shows a separate RSVP column for every festivity, so a cousin can be invited to everything while a colleague is invited only to the reception.

Do guests RSVP separately for each festivity?

Yes. Each festivity has its own RSVP status per guest (accepted, declined or invited and still pending), and you see live counts for each festivity at the top of the guest list.

Can I add hotel room blocks and travel details to the website?

Yes. The website has a Travel & Stay page where you list hotel blocks with booking notes, the group-rate deadline and directions, alongside airport and transport information.

Does it work for Indian, Pakistani and other South Asian weddings?

It was built for them. Multi-day weddings with a haldi, mehndi, sangeet, baraat, wedding and reception are the default case, not an add-on. It also works for any wedding with a welcome dinner, ceremony and brunch.

Can family members help manage the website and guest list?

Yes. You can invite co-hosts, family members, your planner and vendors into the same workspace, so each side of the family can add guests without a shared spreadsheet.

How much does PlanMe.Club cost?

PlanMe.Club is free during beta, with every feature included and no credit card needed. Paid plans will be announced on our pricing page before they start.

Does PlanMe.Club have a gift registry or seating charts?

Not today. PlanMe.Club does not run a gift registry, and seating charts are not live yet. If a registry is essential, Zola, Joy or The Knot are strong options to pair with it.
