A wedding gift registry that lives on your wedding website
PlanMe's gift registry sits on the wedding website you build in PlanMe. Add gifts from any store with a photo, link, price and the quantity you need. Guests reserve a gift with their email, buy it wherever they like, then come back and mark it bought, so nobody doubles up. You see what's open, reserved and bought. Free during beta.

A gift registry on your own wedding website
- 1
Add your gifts
Give each gift a name, photo, product link, store, price and how many you need. Flag the ones you want most.
- 2
Publish your website
The registry appears on your PlanMe wedding website next to your schedule, travel details and RSVP.
- 3
Guests reserve
A guest picks a gift and reserves it with their email. No account, no password.
- 4
Bought, and marked
They buy it from the store link or anywhere else, then tap "I bought it" so the registry stays accurate.
What's included
Any store
Link a gift to any shop online, or leave the link off for something local.
Quantities
Ask for two dinner sets or eight glasses. Guests can reserve part of the total.
Most wanted first
Mark the gifts that matter most and they show at the top.
Who it's from
See each guest who reserved or bought a gift, with any note they left.
Open, reserved, bought
A summary shows how much of the registry is still up for grabs.
On your own site
Guests find it on the same website they RSVP from, not on a separate store page.
How the registry works for you and your guests
A registry should answer a guest's question without sending them to another app. Here's what each side sees.
What you set up
Each gift has a name, an optional description (color, size, or why you love it), a photo, a product link, the store name, a price and the number you need. You can start from a blank gift or from a few starter ideas, and edit anything later.
Gifts you flag as most wanted sort to the top. Everything else follows in the order you added it. Once someone has reserved or bought a gift it can no longer be deleted, so a guest is never left holding a gift that vanished from the list.
What guests see
Guests open the registry on your PlanMe wedding website. Each gift shows how many are still open. To claim one, a guest enters their email (and a name and note if they like) and chooses how many they are getting.
Then they buy it, from your link or from any shop they prefer, and come back to mark it bought. If two people try to reserve the last one at the same moment, the second person is told it has just gone and can pick another gift.
What PlanMe does not do
PlanMe does not sell gifts or take payments. Guests pay the store directly, and PlanMe only keeps track of who reserved and bought what. There are no cash funds. If you already have a registry on another site, you can keep it and use PlanMe for the rest of your planning.
Gift registry questions
Is the PlanMe gift registry free?
Yes. PlanMe is free during beta with every feature included, the registry too, and no credit card.
Can I add gifts from any store?
Yes. Add a product link and store name for any shop. Guests buy from that link or wherever they like, then mark the gift bought in your registry.
Do guests need an account to use the registry?
No. A guest reserves a gift with their email address. They can add their name and a note for you.
How do I stop two guests buying the same gift?
Guests reserve a gift before they buy it. Once every unit of a gift is reserved or bought, it no longer shows as open, so nobody else can claim it.
Can guests contribute money through PlanMe?
No. PlanMe does not take payments or run cash funds. Guests buy gifts from the store, and the registry keeps track of who is getting what.
Can I mark the gifts we want most?
Yes. Flag a gift as most wanted and it shows at the top of your registry. Everything else follows in the order you added it.
Can I keep a registry on another site too?
Yes. If you already have a registry on another site, such as Zola, Joy or a store, you can keep it and use PlanMe's registry for anything else you want to list.
Where do guests find the registry?
On your PlanMe wedding website, alongside your schedule, travel details and RSVP. Publish the website and the registry goes live with it.
